Launched in 2018, myHabiteo, is an innovative tool serving the growth and profitability of real estate developers, allows you to manage both your sales and marketing activities. As a collaborative platform for new build real estate, myHabiteo integrates all marketing and commercial tools to boost the sales cycle: management of 3D marketing tools, availability and price grid management, contacts and booking management, performance management .

2019, the year of personalization in real estate

Customization has become a norm. Whether you want to buy a pair of shoes or a car, through a kitchen, all brands now offer customization, by tools directly accessible from a website. This is how Habiteo created the housing configurator that allows future buyers to customize their homes on the basis of developers’ materials and references.

The configurator can pre-load ambiances and then the future buyer can configure each room. The seller, who accompanies him in his approach, then saves the quote on the myHabiteo interface and can easily send it to his client.

The Habiteo 3D interface gets a new look

As a masterpiece of the modeling and virtual visit in the new build real estate, Habiteo has already takena sted ahead with the new Residential Premium package which puts once again the customer experience at the heart of its approach.

The « drone view », realized thanks to the images and data collected by a drone on site, makes it possible to integrate the program in its real environment. « The idea is to offer the customer the most realistic experience of the property in its environment, » says Jeanne Massa, CEO and co-founder of Habiteo.

The « hotspot » is a particularly welcome innovation for both new build real estate professionals and their clients. It allows the future buyer to project on the balcony, the terrace, the entrance or the garden and observe the view that will be his. « It’s always difficult to imagine what you’ll see when you buy in new build real estate, and with the hotspot, the client can project without difficulty, » says Jeanne Massa.

This year is also a new version of its 3D user interface that Habiteo will present at MIPIM 2019.
